SKIP TO THE LAST 20 SECONDS TO SEE THE FIREWORK Queens Square, Wolverhampton City Centre 09/08/2011. i was watching a man vent to police officers when someone threw a firework/banger kind of thing into the crowd of people that were gathered round him that i was standing in. i saw it and ran, but not everybody noticed it. it hit a policeman in the eyes and he had to be carried off by his colleagues clutching at his face, unable to walk - you can see him just about to drop in the last few seconds of the video. obviously, i got out of there and stopped filming so did not catch the aftermath. the last thing i saw was the policeman being taken inside one of the large police vans
